RIZMAN TRIBIDRAG PREMIUM DRY RED 2018 13% Alc

Known as ZINFANDEL in the USA and PRIMITIVO in Italy! Produced in an organic vineyard of limestone soil and hand-picked by members of the Rizman family to insure that each grape selected is of superior quality.  Aged in old barrique barrels made from French and American oak for 8-10 months, and aged for 6 months again after filling. The wine is powerful, and displays complex aromas of red berry, leather, liquorice, sweet spices and earthy notes.  OLD WORLD GRAND RESERVA in style!

WINERY: A Croatian family winery (22 hectares) that dates back to the beginning of the 20th century. The entire wine producing process takes place at the family vineyard in the Komarna region of Dalmatia.  Only 5,197 bottles produced.

GRAPES:  85% Zinfandel and 15% Tempranillo.

FOOD PAIRING:  This is a superb wine to accompany rich stews, red meat dishes and a variety of cheeses.
