Tohani Busuioaca De Bohotin-

A typical colour for a wine made of the Busuiac variety – pale rose. The first olfactory impression brings us notes of slightly dried basil, of summer roses.
The taste is cool and brings us to the sweetness of roses or red fruits a complex but delicate taste, a long taste post.The author’s composition, “Escapa” presents a generic detail of the Mosia de la Tohani: two riders who embody Prince Nicholas and Ioana Doletti, in a romantic representation of the decision of the two to follow the voice of their hearts.

Via is perhaps one of life’s most powerful representations. Palpitating the creative force, harmonizing with the living cycles of nature, showing us, year after year, what it means to be born, grow, fruit, meaning, life has always been the unspeakable master of the people of Tohani. I dedicated a special wine, for which I chose an artistic transposition of the universal symbol of becoming and evolution, in an author’s composition. (Ciprian Sparrow – Tree of Life).
