Crystal clear, of greenish yellow colour,
characteristic floral-fruit aromas, citrus, tropical and bony fruits,
characteristic floral aromas on acacia, the taste is pure, dry, with
medium pronounced acids, medium body and pleasantly fresh,
recognizably salty and mineral, more permanent fruity flavour on
citrus and tropical fruits, of a characteristic, slightly bitter,
medium-long finish.
