Kiddush, literally, “sanctification,” is a blessing recited over wine or grape juice to sanctify the Shabbat and Jewish holidays. Additionally, the word refers to a small repast held on Shabbat or festival mornings after the prayer services and before the meal.  This wine has been produced from selected organically grown grapes grown on the sunny hills of an area near Lake Neusiedl, once known through the entire Jewish world as the famous Sheva Kehillos. The ideal climate for wine growing combined with our long tradition in winemaking, stretching back for many generations.
