which develop in a glass, of black currants, blueberries, coffee, vanilla, and
caramel. Merlot’s pliable fine tannins and warmth, Syrah’s special spicy
aromatics and Cabernet Sauvignon’s sturdy tannin structure in this cuvée.

On the palate, Castello is an extremely elegant, soft,
and supple wine, of medium body, layered and durable, of fruity and
spicy taste, which are typical characteristics of the best red wines of
fresh Mediterranean climate.
